This campaign was done for a renowned kickboxing school in Boston. It was one of only a few schools in the country that were on a national competitive level, though most members just came in for a good workout. Their budget was small, so the campaign consisted of postcards and posters that blanketed the city–including many college campuses–subway cards and shirts that were distributed to lure new mommies back into shape. Given the size of the budget, we also employed various successful guerilla tactics, like impromptu “fights” on the street near the gym where we demonstrated drills and techniques and handed out postcards offering free trial classes.
